Please read these terms carefully before using TallyConnects. By using our software, you agree to these terms.
Our Recommendation: Always Try Before You Buy
Every account gets 100 free tokens. Use them to fully evaluate TallyConnects before purchasing any plan.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, downloading, or using TallyConnects ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software. These terms apply to all users — individual accountants, businesses, CA firms, and partners.
2. Description of Service
TallyConnects is a pay-per-use Excel Add-in software that enables users to import Excel and PDF data directly into TallyPrime. Features include voucher posting, AI validation, bank statement import, GST e-invoice support, and auto ledger creation. The Software operates via a token-based consumption model — no monthly subscription is required.
3. Free Trial — 100 Tokens (~500 Records)
- Every new registered account receives 100 free tokens upon registration — enough to import approximately 500 records. No credit card required.
- Free trial tokens cover Excel to Tally imports, AI Validation, and PDF to Tally imports at standard consumption rates.
- We strongly recommend using your free trial to fully evaluate the Software before purchasing any paid plan.

4. Plans & Pricing
4.1 Starter Plan (Rs 5,000 — 5,000 Tokens)
The Starter plan provides 5,000 tokens for pay-per-use consumption.
- Tokens are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of recharge/purchase.
- Can be used on multiple systems simultaneously — no device limit.
- Once tokens are exhausted, you must recharge to continue importing.
- Old unused tokens carry forward if you recharge before expiry. The new recharge extends validity by 1 year from the new recharge date.
- Token consumption rates: Excel to Tally — 0.20/record; AI Validation — 0.02/record; PDF to Tally — 0.30/record.
4.2 Professional Plan (Rs 10,000 — 10,000 Tokens)
The Professional plan provides 10,000 tokens with the same terms as the Starter plan.
- Tokens are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of recharge/purchase.
- Can be used on multiple systems simultaneously — no device limit.
- Once tokens are exhausted, you must recharge to continue importing.
- Old unused tokens carry forward if you recharge before expiry. The new recharge extends validity by 1 year from the new recharge date.
- Token consumption rates: Excel to Tally — 0.20/record; AI Validation — 0.02/record; PDF to Tally — 0.30/record.
4.3 Business Plan (Rs 15,000 — Unlimited Tokens)
The Business plan provides unlimited tokens but is limited by the number of devices.
- Unlimited token usage — no per-record charges during the plan validity period.
- Limited to 2 active devices at a time. Adding a new device will automatically remove the oldest active device.
- Device switching is allowed up to 7 times per year. Each switch replaces one active device with a new one.
- After 7 switches in a year, each additional switch requires contacting support at support@tallyconnects.in and incurs a charge of Rs 500 per activation.
- Plan validity is 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- After 1 year, the plan expires. To reactivate, a renewal charge of Rs 4,500 must be paid.
- If the plan is not renewed, the account reverts to free-tier (100 free tokens) with no unlimited access.
4.4 Token Carry Forward (Starter & Professional)
For token-based plans (Starter and Professional):
- Unused tokens from a previous purchase carry forward when you recharge.
- The new validity period (1 year) starts from the date of the latest recharge — covering both old and new tokens.
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
- Token balances are visible in your account dashboard at all times.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Our Recommendation — Try Before You Buy
Every user receives 500 free records on registration. We strongly encourage all users to complete their evaluation using the free trial before purchasing. Refund requests that could have been addressed during the free trial phase may not be eligible.
5.2 Eligible Refund — 70% Refund Within 7 Days
If you purchase a token package and import fewer than 100 records within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the invoice amount. To claim:
- Submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Your account usage must show fewer than 100 imported records post-purchase.
- Email support@tallyconnects.in with subject: 'Refund Request — [Order ID]'.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- More than 100 records have been imported using the purchased tokens.
- The account violated these Terms & Conditions.
- Refund request is for a second or subsequent purchase from the same account.
- Technical issues caused by the user's own system, network, or Tally configuration.
5.4 Partial Refund Note
The 30% non-refundable portion covers payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and service provisioning. TallyConnects reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
6. Permitted Use
- The Software is licensed for use on any computer where you are logged in with your account credentials.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or your account access to third parties.
- The Software must only be used with TallyPrime installed on a compatible Windows system.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import into Tally. TallyConnects provides validation tools but does not guarantee data accuracy.
- Multiple users in your organization may use the same account; however, concurrent logins from different locations may be restricted.
7. Account Misuse & Termination
- TallyConnects reserves the right to monitor accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to token misuse, unauthorized sharing of credentials, exploitation of plan features, or circumvention of device limits.
- If any user is found misusing tokens, plans, or features — such as sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties, using automated scripts to consume tokens, or exploiting device-switching loopholes — the account will be permanently banned without prior notice.
- Banned accounts will lose access to all remaining tokens and plan benefits. No refund will be issued for banned accounts.
- Sharing Business plan access with users outside your organization constitutes misuse and is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Attempting to create multiple accounts to exploit free trial tokens or circumvent plan restrictions will result in all associated accounts being banned.
- TallyConnects may, at its sole discretion, suspend or restrict account access if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation.
- If you believe your account has been wrongly flagged or banned, email support@tallyconnects.in with subject: 'Account Review Request — [Account Email]'.
8. Data & Privacy
- TallyConnects does not store your financial or Tally data on its servers. Data is processed locally on your machine.
- Account information (name, email, phone) is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
- Usage analytics (token consumption, import counts) are stored to maintain your account balance.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Software.

9. Service Availability
TallyConnects strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, or third-party API dependencies (GST portal, SMS gateway) may occasionally cause downtime. We will notify users of planned maintenance via email or in-app notices where possible.
10. Intellectual Property
TallyConnects and all associated software, templates, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of IRRIION TECHNOLOGIES. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software. TallyPrime and TallyPrime are registered trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — TallyConnects is an independent product and not affiliated with Tally Solutions.
11. Limitation of Liability
TallyConnects and IRRIION TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect Tally entries, or business disruption. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the token package giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
